First off, before I start, I’ve got a couple of things to say. The update didn’t come yesterday due to  a lack of inspirationg on my part, but it’s here now. However, this might be the LAST update, because, checking my dashboard, I’m seeing that I have like, 7 readers.

So I’m sending a message out to those seven people: ADVERTISE THIS BLOG. Tell your friends, and tell them to tell their friends, and get the message out that I have a blog and you find it interesting. I’m doing some stuff myself, too, so, yeah.

DAY FIVE.

I wake up to find that, despite her words, Mazoga is still here at Telepe:

Huh, that’s weird. it doesn’t matter though, since it’s now 10:57, and I should be getting back to Leyawiin. I eat a piece of corn and some cheese and set out, this time going directly to town once more. On the way there, it begins to rain.

The rest of the walk goes mostly without incident, but I notice that the guard who was there on my second day out is STILL there. Geez, does he have nothing better to do?

Weird. I’ll have to talk to him later.

A few steps into Leyawiin, and Mazoga starts walking on her own, instead of following. Back to the castle, I assume.  I decide to go to the Dividing Line again. To sell things. Again.

In the Dividing Line, Tun Zeeus tells me the ‘Buy stuff here’ story, which I ignore, and immediately rid myself of anything he’ll buy. I come out with nearly 300 gold! Sweet.

I go next door to Elf Place (To sell all my misc. items), where I find Ra’Jahiir, a khajiit I talked to earlier, speaking to the proprietor.

About the fighters guild. I thought they would talk about… Prices… or inventory… or something.

Anyway, I rudely interrupt by talking to the elf (who’s name I still can’t remember). He doesn’t seem to mind, so I proceed to sell him anything Tun-Zeeus wouldn’t buy. 305 gold… Huh… Pants don’t go for much these days, apparently. Oh well. To the castle.

Oh wait.

Some of my stuff isn’t doing so well. I slap my forehead and go back to the dividing line, where I buy three repair hammers. I break one while repairing. I realize it would be cheaper to just pay T-Z to fix my stuff, but I want to get my armourer skill up.

I’ve got 257 gold after it all. Still not bad.

NOW, To castle Leyawiin.

It’s one o’ clock when I arrive:

I see nothing much has changed, so I go talk to the count.

Kickass, man! Now everyone (around Leyawiin) will know my name! Finally! My first step in my rise to greatness! Woot! The count also gives me a Leyawiin shield (which I have no use for, and will probably sell) and a key to the white stallion lodge, which turns out to be the little hut I saw near Telepe when I went out exploring.

And that gives me an idea.

I’ve done a lot around Leyawiin (actually, not really that much, now that I think about it), and I think I’ve done enough. It’s time to get out of County Leyawiin, and to my next stop: North, to Bravil! I’ve heard rumours that It’s an advanced, modern town, with many pools and luxuries for the weary travellers. From what they advertise themselves by, they’re the most beautiful town in Cyrodiil! And that’s where I’ll go.

Now, back to the conversation.

Awesome! I’ve got three black bows with me now. I don’t need them anyway, so I give them away and make a good 300 gold.

Another step towards 25,000, This brings me up to 557 gold.

I talk to the counts’ bodyguard for a while, and then proceed to tell Mazoga the good news.

Just to get back at her for being so mean to me earlier, I almost say ‘Not Yet’, but my good conscience gets the better of me and I tell her that we’re both knights. She flips out, calms down, thanks me, and says she’ll be at the lodge. I’m fine with that.

I’ve still got to talk to that guard outside the gates though.

And here’s where I have my moment of stupidity.

I walk over to the east gate, all ready to do whatever he wants me to do. I eat beef and cheese, exit through the doors, and talk with Greg, of whom I’ve managed to get a picture:

I walk outside, and realize that…

I’m at the east gate.

And the guy is at the west gate.

D’OH!

So I walk all the way back in, across Leyawiin, and out the West gate, towards the guard, until I finally find out what he wants.

Oh Shit! I’ve got some Skooma on me! Of course, it’s not mine, but still, I don’t want him getting ideas. Before I ask him anymore about the dealers, I walk off , stash the drug in a barrel, and walk back.

Dunmer? Dunmer… Damn dark elves! They always cause the problems! And he’s in Greyland, too! The place I was attacked by that marauder! I must have missed him by a day or two, I guess. I ask why he and his humoungous legion of steel-clad troops can’t get him, and he basically tells me that the bastard runs too fast.

Sigh.

It’s up to old Grugzob again.

I’m also promised the current bounty on the guy as a reward, so that’s good.

I get my Skooma back, and continue on to my destination. The walk to Greyland is uneventful, and I approach the door, axe drawn, skeleton familiar ready.

Inside, the view is just the same as last time, I sneak in, and see the dark elf inside with another bodyguard. He turns around at me, angry, yells a curse, and draws his sword. The marauding bodyguard, a Nord, ignores me.

I summon my skeleton, but the Dunmer, who apparently has an enchanted blade, cuts him down into bits in seconds.

NOOOOOO! That was my Favourite skeleton! The bastard dark-elf killed him!

Oh well, I guess I’ll just have to summon another one later.

I begin to chop the old fashioned way.

A few seconds later, and the elf is dead on the ground, but the bodyguard still dares to fight me.

A power attack later, and it’s over.

Suckers.

It does turn out the the elf has an enchanted blade. Interesting. Maybe it goes for more money?

Anyhow, I proceed to loot them:

I take his ring as proof that I killed him. It also turns out that he had about 50 coins on him too. That’s good. I take everything he and his friend have, and stroll out of Greyland. Another thing I noticed was that the body of the marauder I killed earlier disappeared. They must have thrown it into the lake when they arrived.  Another thing I noticed is that they hadn’t replaced the chest in there with more Skooma. Also weird.

I repair all my stuff with my hammers, and walk back to Lerexus.

He gets pretty happy, and as promised, gives me the bounty on the man I was supposed to kill.

20 gold.

20 Freakin’ gold.

I killed a man and his bodyguard for 20 gold. And they never even did anything to me! I feel so… dirty… like some two-bit penniless drunk and stoned college guy dared by his friend to beat up the local nerd.

This sucks so hard.

Immediately, I sprint towards the chapel, seeking redemption from the gods.

I was almost scared there for a moment. The gods accept my earnest ’sorry’ and lift my spirits enough to be able to go back to The Dividing Line (I assume I’m getting TZ rich off of my loot), and sell my spoils of war. I’ve got 798 gold at the end. Looks like I’m going to enter the four digit days soon (Quadruple digit days sounds ugly).

Sticking to my plan to leave Leyawiin, I go next door to the Five Claws to buy food. I buy garlic, Ham, Cheese, Carrots, and some six bottles of mead. I drink a bottle with some ham, and back to the West Gate I go.

I look back on Leyawiin, spit, and outside I go. It’s 6:34 when I leave.

I see a legion soldier on horseback going off the road and up a hill.

Now, he’s on horse back, and I don’t see why he couldn’t just smash through the wall at Greyland and take out the elf. I mean, it’s not like he has to get off the horse to fight? Right?

Anyway, I eventually spot the lodge in the distance:

I arrive at 8:22, to find that Mazoga’s not there, but more importantly:

Food! Inside I find a treasure trove of fruits/vegetables, meats, dairy, and wheat products! I grab anything (not only food) that’s worth anything, and sit down to eat some bread with ham. To follow up I have some cheese and corn.

I also find some beer in a barrel:

Anyhow, it’s already 9:43 when it’s all done and done, and I decide it’s time to sleep. I have at least a two day’s walk ahead of me, so I decide to wake early, having a ten hours’ sleep. It’s a long journey to Bravil, and I’d like to be ready.

End of day five.

So remember - tell your friends and family and anyone who’ll listen. Else, Grugzob may never live to see Skingrad.

It’s 9:31 when I wake up and get ready to leave. The sky’s somewhat clear, and here’s the scene at Fisherman’s Rock in the morning:

I admire my handiwork and prepare for the long walk. This time, however, I’ll go straight to Leyawiin, hugging the coast.

After walking for half an hour, it suddenly begins to rain. However, the rain is short, and leaves as quickly as it comes. Ten minutes later, it rains again, and stops just as fast.

It’s on and off rain when I arrive at the Amelion Tomb:

Leyawiin also comes into view here, and the sky finally clears.

A bit later, I spot a mudcrab, and draw my big honkin’ axe:

The axe takes up about half my screen, and so I imagine it will be a pain when I get into some real battles.

I power-pwn the mudcrab with a One-Hit-K.O. Oddly enough, in addition to the crab meat, which I eat, It had a Septim. Seems like the mudcrab bandits are on the rise!

It’s 1:24 when I arrive to Leyawiin. I chat with the guard, who I’ve named Greg, and continue into town.

I pass by this farmer guy, who for some strange reason reminds me of a hobbit:

I decide to not dawdle and sell my stuff immediately, so I head over to Best Goods and Guarantees. A Khajiit named Ra’Jahiir is in front of the store, so I stop and talk a bit with him before entering. To the elf inside I sell all the loot I got except for an iron dagger, the bow, and the arrows, which I might need later. I finish with 192 Gold! Yee-haw! Grugzob has officially entered the Triple Digit Days! Also, I have done Leyawiin a great service by ensuring that they now have stuff to sell to any other traveling adventurers. I eat an apple and a piece of beef, and walk next door to The Dividing line, where I buy some outrageously overpriced repair hammers.

Well… This doesn’t look too hard.. I mean, all you really have to do is hit the things with the hammers… So I do.

I break one of the two, and leave to Castle Leyawiin to talk with the Count. On the way there, I see a cat which insists on following me wherever I go. So I give it a power-chop with my axe, which doesn’t kill it, but does send it running away. I use my second repair hammer on the axe, and break the hammer.

Damn Cats.

Anyway, The Count of Leyawiin is in the place I left him, so I walk up and ‘initiate conversation’. He thanks me for my service, and to my surprise:

A knight! Surely this is my first step towards Nobledom! I eagerly accept his offer. Of course, nothing comes easily, and he gives me something to do:

Aww man! More Orc killing? When asked where Brugo is, he tells me to ask Mazoga, who has since come back to the castle. She tells me that he’s hiding out in Telepe, the ruin I passed while exploring on my second day here. Didn’t look like much of a bandit hideout to me back then, though.

So without further ado, I set off, with Mazoga staying closer behind me. In front of the West Gate, I see a bunch of those cats trying frantically to leave Leyawiin. Seems word has got around about my little chop-chop back there:

Anyway, The walk to Telepe is pretty uneventful. It’s 6:34 when I arrive, and since I’m here a bit early, I decide to have a short name and tell Mazoga to wake me up in four hours. However, a stinging thought in the back of my head says that If I got to sleep, someone will sneak up on my and put a knife through my back, so I decide to wait it out instead.

After a half an hour of waiting, Mazoga suddenly pulls out her sword and walks up to the edge of the ruin, looking up. I do so too, and spot a Dunmer bowwomen on top of the ruin, probably an accomplice of Black Brugo. Odd that she was absent the first time I came around. I run around the back, trying to find a way up to where she is.

When she hits me with an arrow, my endurance begins to drain. Bandit’s sappin mah endurance!… Now where have I heard that before…?

I launch some flare spells at her, but miss:

Up until this moment, however, she seemed more pre-occupied with Mazoga than with me, so she leaves me alone. However, while backing up to get a clearer shot at my orc friend, she falls off the ruin (survives), and turns around to face me, pulling out a dagger.

I begin to walk towards her, cornering her, and then it happens.

“Die, Orc Filth!”

The words come out so fast I don’t even have enough time to go berserk. Instead, I yell a guttural war cry, attack her with a power chop, and she folds like the mud crab earlier in the day:

The bitch deserved it. WHO’S THE FILTH NOW, HUH??

I loot her for all she has and leave her lying naked where she is.

I go back around the ruin, lie down on the bedroll, and tell Mazoga to wake me up in three hours.

Three hours later, I get up. It’s dark, and I get into a crouch, hiding behind a rock, preparing an ambush for the bandit’s arrival. Mazoga, however, doesn’t take an example from me, and instead, stands dumbly in the middle of five gazillion torches. Needless to say, my ambush fails when I hear an Orc yell

“Who’s There!?”

Mazoga draws her sword and runs up to the source of the voice, slashing him and his two accomplices.

A very short fight ensues in which several main things happen:

1) I chop down a redguard bandit with me good old’ choppin’ axe.

2) Mazoga slices up a breton banit with her sword

3) My skeleton buddy finishes off Brugo with a wave of his war axe. Good old axes. They’ve yet to fail me.

I proceed by my usual method of obtaining cash, and find a neat Black Bow on all three of their bodies:

Cool. Maybe that’s why they call them the BLACK BOW BANDITS?

Anyhow, I also find this neato key on Brugo’s person:

It probably opens a chest somewhere inside the ruin, which I’ve learned is the Bandit’s base of operations. I don’t really feel like going into there now, since it’s late and there’s probably more bandits inside. Instead, I talk with Mazoga, who says she’ll go back to the castle, ecstatic at being a knight. I decide to go to bed on the conveniently placed bedroll:

And so ends fay dour.

Will be either today or tomorrow, depending on how imageshack is feeling. If it’s feeling nice, then today. If it’s still a bitch, I’m switching to photobucket, and hence, tomorrow.

That is all.

My journey begins at 4:31, which means, if Weebam-Na spoke the truth, I should arrive at the rock somewhere around 10:30. Even though I’d like to get there as fast as possible, I heed my mother’s childhood warnings and stay on the road.

I pick some mushrooms and head out, Mazoga close behind me.

After an hour and a bit of walking, here’s where I am:

Near here, I find an exotic Domica Redwort plant, and some more of those weird green mushrooms.

After more walking I see some deer down the road. I immediately double over to make myself less seen. Then, I equip my flare spell, and blast away:

Yee-haw! Take that, Nondrick! Grugzob’s eating well tonight!

Anyway, I spot another Ayleid ruin down the road, and find some ingredients beside a sign. I spot a village nearby:

But decide not to enter. Instead, I eat some corn, and continue walking.

It’s 8:44 when Mazoga and I are almost exactly east of Fisherman’s rock. Here’s when I decide to begin cutting across the wilderness.

While cutting, I see a Legion Forester attempt to catch a deer, and miss. I try to help out by throwing some flare spells at the deer, but I miss as well. The forester sadly walks away, and I continue on my path to Fisherman’s rock.

It’s 9:47 when we arrive, a bit early. I notice that Mazoga is no longer following me, and is walking on her own, and walking very determinedly at that.

She walks up to a half dressed Nord, named Mogens Wind-Shifter, and converses with him in her usual manner:

Oooooh Snap! Somethings going to go down here, and it might involve fighting! I edge away from the two, wanting no part in this. I can see that Mogens has his hand on his dagger already.

Uhh, yeah. I get a message that I should help out Mazoga, and, no matter how much I don’t like her, I decide to help her out, as she is one of my Orc brethren.

My starlight spell runs out, and I’ve got no time to recast it before a Khajiit comes running at me swinging a Battle Axe. I backpedal (into a tree), and furiously pelt him with flare spells until he goes down, looking and smelling like a rat in a barbecue. Mazoga is fighting the leader as a Dark Elf comes at me next. I launch some spells at him until I realize my Magicka is all but gone. I pull out my sword instead, and begin hacking and slashing away, until he falls as well.

Mazoga’s fight against Mogens spills out into the surrounding wilderness, but I’m occupied with another Khajiit at the moment, this one with a Claymore. My Magicka has recharged by now, and I use it to summon my Skeleton Familiar, who goes straight after Mogens.  (Yes, I realize the picture is a bit dark. Just turn up the brightness on your monitor and you’ll be able to see it better)

I slash up the Khajiit, and my skeleton finishes off Wind-Shifter. Mazoga comes up to talk to me, and explains her prejudice against the half-dressed Nord:

Turns out that’s why Mogens killed Ra’ vindra. Huh. That’s mildly interesting. She then blathers on about how she swore a knight’s oath and searched far and wide for the gang etc, etc, etc, blah blah blah. There’s only one thing I’m interested in, though:

Sweet! As Mazoga walks back towards Leyawiin, I run around taking anything that’s worth anything from everybody, including that beautiful Axe from that first  Khajiit I killed.  Finders keepers, I guess.

I exchange the heavy armour I’ve been wearing for light, and at the end of it all:

Pimping! Although I do wonder why axes are considered blunt weapons, even though they’re technically sharp…

Anyway, it’s getting REALLY late, so I gobble down a Carrot, a piece of cheese, and some more corn, and finally go to bed. Tomorrow, I’m preparing to leave Leyawiin.

Just reminding you all that there WILL most certainly be an update tomorrow. I’ve got pictures and notes and everything.

Oh yeah, there is a chance I might forget. So remind me if you don’t see one!

I wake up to find a random Khajiit in my room. I don’t know how she got there, but she leaves before I can take a screenshot. I walk out of the room, nod to the innkeeper, and sit down for breakfast: Ale and Cheese.

Recently, someone asked me to be more noble-like instead of Nondrick-like, and I’ve decided to take them up on their offer by, later today, going to visit the Count to talk about this so-called knight, Mazoga. Odd that she doesn’t have a last name.

First off, however, I’ve got a whole bunch of clothes and other stuff I want to sell. I also want to exchange the large and uncomfortable heavy armour I’m wearing now to something a bit lighter. The closest place? The dividing line, right next door:

Inside I see an Argonian named Tun-Zeeus, who tells me a story that goes along the lines of ‘Buy some armour and stuff from here. DO IT. NOW.’

Turns out he doesn’t have any armour to sell, at all.

That sucks. He doesn’t have any good, blunt weapons I can afford, and for some reason, the only thing he agrees to buy from me is my folded cloth. I guess he needs to keep the armour warm… or something… Either way, I repair my stuff and prepare to leave, but stop short as I see another guy just sort of standing around, not doing anything.

He doesn’t have anything to sell either, and because he’s only an apprentice armourer trainer, he can’t teach me anything more. It would have been too expensive anyway.

I go to the shop beside the Dividing line, called ‘Best Goods and Guarantees’. It’s run by a couple of elves, and they too, have nothing of use to me. But they’ll buy the pants and other articles of clothing that I looted from Greyland, so I end up with 48 gold when it’s all finished. I check the map for any other stores, and find Southern books, located near the Mages Guild. While walking there, I notice a large congregation of townspeople just standing around, Farmers talking to Fighters, and Mages conversing with Commoners. Doesn’t seem to be anything big, so I leave.

I get to Southern Books without incident. In front of it, two more Argonians are gossiping about a third Argonian, the one who told me the racially insensitive joke on my first day here. I walk in and find that the store is run by a very rude Orc:

He doesn’t want anything to do with me, and all his stuff is too expensive to buy, anyway. And that’s when I got mad.

I think I’m through with Leyawiin. The stores have nothing to sell, and nothing of mine to buy, the townspeople aren’t too friendly, and there seems to be a war between the Khajiit and Argonians, and I don’t want to get involved. However, there’s still two things I gotta do: The first is deal with Mazoga, and the second is to have a chat with that guard that called me an adventurer when I first walked past him. I think that now that I’m sufficiently armoured I should be able to do whatever mundane task he wants me to.

Either way, there’s no time like the present to head over to Castle Leyawiin and talk to that Orc. Heres my first view of the castle:

I walk by the Hunter talking to the Traveler in front of the gate to the castle, and enter. It doesn’t take me long to find Mazoga.

She asks me if I’m the Count. Me being no liar, I respond ‘No.’ She rudely tells me to leave. My first taste of adventure and already it acts like it doesn’t want me there, urging me to go away and never return to my noble roots. Well, screw you, adventure! I’m going to get that house whatever it takes! I walk up to the Count, and he tells me about a service to Leyawiin he needs me to do:

The Count sends me to talk to Mazoga about what this whole ‘Knight’ thing is about. I go back and tell her the Count sent me, she agrees to speak with me, and, after a few unkind words, during which it is revealed why she has no family name (Born under a rock) she says that I must call her ‘Sir Mazoga’. I ask her if she realizes that she’s a woman, and she says that she does, but still demands that I call her ‘Sir.’ I flatly refuse, and she, the Bitch she is, tells me to go away.

Christ, I know I’m a noble, but there are times when even nobles can go over the line!

Inches away from stabbing her violently in the face, I collect myself, and talk to her again. She seems to have calmed down, and tells me to find Weebam-Na, an Argonian, and bring him her. I know where his house is, having passed by it while going to the bookshop. I jog over there at a leisurely pace, and find him inside. At first, he refuses to follow me, but after a bit of joking, admiring, coercing, and boasting, he agrees:

He chooses an odd path to get to the castle though:

I don’t really want to swim, so I walk around, and follow him into the castle. He talks with Mazoga, who asks him where Fisherman’s rock is. He answers. She asks him to take her there:

But he refuses on the grounds that she won’t tell her why. Luckily, she talks to him with the same rudeness as she did to me, so that’s kind of reassuring. She tells him to bugger off, and then approaches and asks me to take her there. Since Weebam was so kind as to mark down the rock on my map, I agree.

I tell you no lie. The update has arrived. And it would have arrived earlier if the imageshack multiuploader had not been such a dick and crashed on me every five seconds. Oh yeah, I’m in Canada, so the time here may be different from the time wherever you are.

So, anyway, it’s 10:12 when my clock rings. I jump out of bed, dress myself, and check my gold. 25. A bit off, but at least it’s still an 8 gold increase from my start.

I chat with the innkeeper, eat some cheese and a carrot, then walk outside. I spot a cat from a mod that downloaded walking around. I give it a nice pat, and walk off to begin my exploration of the area to the north west of Leyawiin. I talk with the guard, who tells me about noises and smells coming from the house of Rosentia Gallatus, or something of that sort. In any case, I ignore him.

My view out of Leyawiin.I walk down the path and turn to the left. The guard standing up there turns to me, and to my surprise, calls me an adventurer!

As you can see by the picture, I ignore him. I mean, look at me! Do I look very adventurous in those clothes? Come on!

I find some Clouded Funnels growing along the not-path, and because of this, decide to venture further away from Leyawiin. In the distance, I spot this humble-looking abode:

Looks quaint enough. Might even make a small home, If there’s no one inside. I peek around the garden, getting some tiger-lilies and other plants of that sort. I also check the barrels around the house.

This one had gold, which I take. Another one also had gold, but many of the other ones had naught but miscellaneous garbage, some of which I take, because apparently, it’s worth something to someone.

After checking the area around the house for people (who may or may not inhabit the house, henceforth to be referred to as ‘Greyland’, and finding no-one, I decide to enter.

It’s not the smartest move.

As soon as I enter, an ORCISH, FEMALE (!!!) Marauder spins around. Apparently, my natural charisma didn’t charm her very much. I know this because she yells an insult, and proceeds to attack me.

NOW, she’s got iron armour and a longsword.

And I’ve got a rusty dagger and a vest.

Now, you children might be getting a little bit frightened, but fear not. Uncle Grugzob’ll make sure eeverything turns out okay in the end.

We trade blows for a while, with her seeming the victor, until I remember my noble status, and use my level 25 in Conjuration to summon a skeleton. Victory shall be mine! (You can sort of see the skeleton in the previous picture.

With our combined might the marauder falls, and guess what that means?

Hells yeah, bitches! Grugzob’s coming for you!

I scavenge around the cottage for a while, and find a treasure trove of ingredients - there are nuts, mutton, ham, and other stuff on the table and in some drawers. But a certain chest catches my eye…

Skooma! Seems like a dealer hired a certain marauder to protect his ’stuff’. It’s obvious that she won’t be doing much protecting now, her lying dead and naked in the front hallway. I take the Skooma and walk out. I don’t know what I’ll do with the drug yet, though.

There’s a hill beside the cottage which I walk up. It’s about 2:00 now, and I’m getting kind of bored, so I resummon my skeleton familiar to keep me company.  Eventually, I come to what looks like once was a grand fortress, but now it’s but a ruin.

It’s called Telepe. I use some common sense and refrain from entering. There is a bedroll there, though, so I take a quick, one hour nap to heal up, then continue searching. Soon, I see the rooftop of another house:

Common sense kicks in again, and due to the fact that the first time I stumbled upon a seemingly harmless home, I was almost killed. I don’t go in, and instead, I approach the rocks seen to the left, but someone (Cause rock’s can’t talk) tells me that It has to be night for the spirit of the rocks with weird-o writing on them to come alive. I decide to get back to the road, since I’ve wandered pretty far from it, and Leyawiin, by now. I get there and find a bridge leading across some shallow water to a small island. Grugzob hasn’t gone swimming yet, and I’d like to practice, so I shimmy out of my armour and into my skivvies, and swim. It goes without incident, and I get out, wait a while to dry myself, put on all my stuff, and continue walking to a little dock I spotted in the background.

Now, as I was writing some notes, Grugzob informed me that he heard the omnipresent music change to a pleasant tune to something he had not heard from the days of the Marauder. So, I stop, spin him around, and find the most talked about beast in all of Cyrodiil:

God damned mudcrabs! I manage to dispatch it with a few swipes, so it’s all okay, I guess. The time’s 4:49 now, so I hurry over to that dock and peek about in some barrels, crates, and chests.

There’s nothing much in them, So I continue. Soon, On top of a hill, almost in the exact same spot where I first started:

, I spy an entrance to what seems like a cave:

I decide to check it out. I walk through the shallow river, and upon close inspection, the thing which I once thought was a Cave, was actually a Tomb. For the third time, I use my common sense and don’t go inside. Rather, I hang around, and pick up some Stinkhorns and Funnel Caps. It’s getting kind of late, so I decide to walk begin my trek back to Leyawiin. However, I’m startled by a mudcrab on the way back. I decide to train my block skill, so I let him make the first move. So, it came as a surprise when it is, in fact, I was the one staggered, and not the damn crab. I dispatch it with a power attack, and take the meat.

It’s 8:10 by the time I’m back at town. I talk with the guard at the gate, who informs me of a female orc, Mazoga, thinking that she’s a knight.

Well,  even though she is an Orc, and although she isn’t exactly a noble knight from what I hear, it’s the thought that counts! However, it’s getting dark, and I’ve had enough Orc women for the day. One place I want to get to is the chapel, cause I’m hurtin’ quite a bit. I find the chapel without error this time, and, myself being the lucky Orc that I am, the gods do end up speaking to me!

Hurray! I feel my wounds healed, and my body refreshed. Maybe I should become a religious man? It’s 9:00 when I’m done it all, so I stroll down to the five claws, talk with the shop keeper, and sell him any stuff that he’ll buy from me. From him I buy some food, and in the end, I’ve got 56 coins in my pocket, which is a 100% increase from this morning. Things are looking good!

I set up my clock of waking, as I’ve come to call it, for an eleven hour sleep this time, and finish off the day.

And thus ends Day two of Grugzob’s rise to greatness.

Yeah, sorry, I lied. Turns out when I said “Update to come Tuesday”, I actually meant “MODS downloaded Tuesday, Update Wednesday.” So yeah, sorry about that.

Terrible new, bloggoers!

I don’t know how or why it happened, but several files critical to Oblivion have disspeared from my Hard Drive! Thus I cannot play the game and will be forced to restart from the beginning, which, thankfully, isn’t far away. I will continue the story from more or less the part I left off at, so you don’t have to read me doing the same thing over again. If I’m lucky, I’ll be able to get a new (albeit short) update today, so, yeah.
